Business of Aviation

                               Business of Aviation

Anything involves in aviation is expensive. Starting an aviation business is easy or cheap. The company in order to start that aviation business it needs a fortune that will be spent airplanes, maintenance, hangers, management, etc. So in order to successfully expand an aviation business it requires a management team that will set up a business plan that will outline each department responsibility involved in the business. But even though a company could start big and expands fast, bad things can happen and the company should expect a loss at any time. Its important that an aviation companies finds the right people, as started “finding the right people is the key to success”.

A successful company out there is Southwest. As being on of the most profitable airline. They only operate the Boing 737, while other companies operate a variety of fleets. Little thing can cause problem for an airline. For instance the computer problem that occurred to delta and passenger waited hours until that problem got corrected. The NY times article stated that United has the worst operational record among the nation’s top 15 airlines, which seems scary. So to continue a success in aviation business, a company should always be in a competition through out the aviation industry in constantly providing efforts to stay successful.
